Über mich

I started playing soccer in 2011 when I was 8 years old back home in Cairo, Egypt at Smash Academy for 3 years. During those 3 years, I learned the basic skills of soccer; often I played 5-side tournaments and won 3 sportsmanship awards. In 2015, I moved to Atletico Madrid Club in Egypt and played as a Right Back (RB) for 2 years. During my time with Atletico, we competed in the second division league, but I got good playtime that increased my in-game experience. In my last season, we played El-Gouna FC twice, who were the leading team in the league. After those two games, I was scouted in 2017 to join El-Gouna FC, and I was asked to compete with them in the First Division National League for their U18 team. El-Gouna FC helped me become extremely versatile as a player as I was able to play RB, RW, and LB throughout the course of the season. I then spent two seasons in the First Division Youth League; I developed my skills and continued to tactically progress. Prior to coming to the United States, I was promoted to the Under-19 team by the management, and I was awaiting the new upcoming season. At the University of Mount Olive, I played as a Right Wing Back (RWB) and as a Right Center Back (RCB), as our formation was a 3-5-2. I helped UMO finish overall 3rd in the conference, and progress to the semi-final of the qualifiers. I participated in all types of games including official conference games, reserve scrimmages, ttournaments and games outside our conference, which applied to our overall record in the season. My freshman year at the UMO helped me transition into the American college soccer system. I aspire one day to play and represent my country internationally with the Egyptian National Team, as well as to play for my favorite club, Chelsea FC, in the English Premiership.
